Don't worry guys! He wasn't a rattler. I think he's just your common, average, docile little garden snake. He didn't seem bothered by us at all, and my daughter was even touching him!
And don't worry RCH, even though the Mini wanted to keep it {properly housed in a tank and all}, I wouldn't let her. Eeewwwww! No snakes for me, especially in MY HOUSE!!!!! Eeek!
